Cal.com Custom Questions Setup
To collect the same tattoo intake info, add these as custom questions in your Cal.com event type settings:
- Phone number (phone field)
- Tattoo style - options: Black & Grey Realism, American Traditional, Fine Line, Blackwork, Color Traditional, Custom/Not Sure (dropdown)
- Placement - options: Arm, Leg, Chest, Back, Ribs, Hand/Fingers, Neck, Other (dropdown)
- Budget - options: Under $300, $300-$600, $600-$1,000, $1,000-$1,500, $1,500+ (dropdown)
- Describe your tattoo idea (long text field)
Go to Cal.com > Event Types > Edit > Custom Questions to add these.
